Our Team

Saurabh Nanda

Saurabh Nanda, founder of Open Source Mentorship, is an international tech4good mentor and career consultant, with a background in computer engineering from NIT Jalandhar and a Masters in Clinical Psychology.

He has mentored over 20,000 students and professionals across 40 countries, and has 3 copyrighted youth career mentorship frameworks to his name. He was awarded the Josh Education Award for "Best Initiative for Mental Health Awareness" in 2022. Saurabh is also a "Mentor of Change" for the Government of India's Atal Innovation Mission and a multiple TEDx speaker. His mission is to create a global community of mentors and mentees, fostering positive change and sustainable world.
